Other details

Thanks for considering my book.

CreateSpace is owned by Amazon, and you can also find my book directly through Amazon. However, if you do that, I'll only get about half as much profit, they will keep the rest. (I'm not complaining -- it's fair enough, they are the largest bookseller on the planet, with a ton of customer traffic.) Anyway, please use my eStore by following the above link. It is hosted by CreateSpace (an Amazon subsidiary, but you might have to register separately from your Amazon account if you have one). They handle all the transactions, shipping, and security, which is a good thing.

If you are interested in hardcover, wire-bound, bulk orders, etc., you can contact me at:

Eventually, I can get set up for other formats through other online merchants if there is demand for it. The pricing and ISBN would be different for the other formats.

Friends and family should just send me an email instead, at my personal email address. Or call. I have some other arrangements I can make -- I know the publisher quite well. (OK, that was a joke -- this thing is self-published . . . .)

Thanks again!
